星洲炒米粉也是挺简单,易做又好吃的快速晚餐,可以试试噢。

星洲炒米粉F1 星洲炒米粉
用料:
1:猪里脊肉150克,盐1/4茶匙,生粉1茶匙,水1大匙;
2:冰冻白虾200克,盐1/4茶匙,生粉1茶匙;
3:细的干米粉半包200克;
4:大号鸡蛋1个,盐1/8茶匙,橄榄油1茶匙;
5:紫洋葱1/2个(180克),剥去外皮洗净切丝待用;
6:彩椒1/3个(85克),洗净切小块待用;
7:绿豆芽250克,摘去根部洗净待用;
8:橄榄油2大匙,葱花3大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,姜蓉1.5茶匙,咖喱粉1大匙;
9:鱼露1.5大匙,盐2/3茶匙,黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,蚝油1大匙。

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升

做法:
1、提前一天晚上将猪肉切丝,拌上所有剩余的1料,用手抓捏均匀(图1),保湿放冰箱过夜。

2、白虾去壳去肠洗净沥水,拌上所有剩余的2料,用手抓捏均匀,静置20分钟(图2)。

3、细米粉用开水浸泡2分钟(图3),沥干水待用。

4、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放1茶匙橄榄油,4料里的鸡蛋加盐1/8茶匙打匀,倒入锅里(图4)煎1分钟,翻转一面再煎半分钟出锅,冷凉后切丝待用。

5、原不粘锅加1.5茶匙橄榄油,开大中火,放入肉丝(图5)炒至八成熟,捞出待用。然后锅里再加1.5茶匙橄榄油,开大中火放入虾仁(图6)炒至八成熟,捞出待用。

6、原不粘锅内再放1大匙橄榄油,大火炒香8料里的蒜蓉、姜蓉和葱花(图7),下洋葱丝炒1分钟(图8)。然后下1大匙咖喱粉炒匀,放入豆芽和彩椒,翻炒半分钟(图9)。

7、倒入米粉及所有9料炒匀,然后放入炒好的肉丝,虾仁和蛋丝(图10),翻炒均匀盛出,再撒上少量葱花就可以了。
