绝对好吃的【葱油凉拌意面】+简易辣油

有时候偷懒不想自己擀面条,用意大利通心粉来做个葱油凉拌意面,味道绝对好,带去爬梯或野餐都很棒。

葱油凉拌意面F1 绝对好吃的【葱油凉拌意面】+简易辣油
用料:
1:意大利通心粉半包250克
2:盐1茶匙,油1茶匙;
3:白芝麻1.5大匙;

葱油汁:
4:橄榄油1大匙,葱花4大匙,姜蓉1.5茶匙;
5:盐1/2茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,葡萄醋1.5大匙,蜂蜜1.5茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,香油1大匙;辣油1大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙。

简易辣油:
6:葱2条洗净切段,姜一小块切片,大料1粒,丁香2-3粒,小茴香1/2茶匙,白芝麻1大匙,干辣椒片1/4杯,辣椒粉(paprika)3大匙;
7:菜油或玉米油1.5杯。

注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
简易辣油:
1、将6料里的葱段和姜片先放入一小锅里,中火将葱姜的水汽烤干,放入剩余的6料(图1),再加入7料1.5杯菜油(图2),中火煮开,转小火熬煮20分钟(图3)。冷凉后,捞去葱姜大料不要,将油倒入一干净干燥的玻璃瓶里(图4),待辣椒片沉淀后,将上层辣椒油转入另一干净玻璃瓶里,放冰箱保存,随吃随用。

凉拌意面:
2、大号锅里放大半锅水,放入2料,开大火将水煮开。放入意面(图5)再煮滚,调中小火煮10左右分钟至断生,意面沥水。

3、趁煮面的空档,不粘锅置炉上开小火,放入1.5大匙生芝麻(图6),炒至芝麻微黄待用。

4、原不粘锅加橄榄油1大匙,炒香4料里的姜蓉和葱花(图7)离火待用。煮好的意面沥水后,放回大锅里,加入炒香的葱姜、熟芝麻及所有5料(图8)拌匀就可以了。
