用料:
1：莴笋2条500克；
2：干金钩小虾米1.5大匙；
3：自制辣油1.5大匙，葱花1.5大匙；
4：黑醋1茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙；

做法：
