【香炒皇子菇】

我们家领导很喜欢皇子菇,这个香炒皇子菇,不仅是一款简单,快速可以做好的菜,而且味道也超好。
用料:
1:皇子菇一包400克;
2:香菜两颗;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙;葱花1大匙,姜丝1.5茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙;
4:盐1/4茶匙,糖1/3茶匙, 生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、皇子菇去根洗净切片(图1)。香菜洗净沥水,切1厘米长段待用(图2)
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入3料里葱花,姜丝和蒜蓉(图3)炒香,放入皇子菇片(图4),翻炒2-3分钟。
3、加所有4料的调味料(图5),翻炒均匀至汁干。
4、放入香菜段,淋下香油 1茶匙,兜匀就可以出锅了。
