【糖醋大虾】

在华人超市看到有非常好的冰冻有头大虾,做了这个糖醋大虾,毛毛很喜欢。
1:冰冻有头大白虾500克;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花1.5大匙,姜3-4片;
3:厨酒2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙;
4:糖醋汁:生抽酱油1大匙,老抽1茶匙,米醋1大匙,糖1.5大匙,水3大匙,生粉1/2茶匙,所有材料放一碗中拌匀。
5:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、 大虾剪去角须与头部,在虾背部靠近头部处剪开2厘米的小口,将虾肠挑出(图1),洗净沥水待用(图2)。
2、 不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,炒香葱花和姜片(图3),放入大虾(图4),翻炒至虾变红
3、 喷入2茶匙厨酒,放入1/4茶匙盐翻炒均匀,然后倒入糖醋汁(图5),炒至汁浓(图6)。
4、最后淋下香油兜匀出锅。
