【芝麻馅糯米卷】

这是一款简单容易做,又不错吃的甜点,你也试试。
1:糯米1.5杯(325克),水1又2/3杯(400克);
2:糖3大匙(42克);
3:熟黑芝麻1/2杯(52克),蜂蜜3大匙;
4:1/4 杯椰丝(25克)。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、 中号不粘锅加水400克,置炉上开大火煮滚,放入洗好沥水的糯米(图1),搅拌下,调最小火焖煮40分钟。离火趁热拌入白糖3大匙(图2)。
2、3料的熟芝麻放一塑料袋里密封,用擀面杖将芝麻擀碎(图3)。碾碎的芝麻连同剩余3料放入一碗中用勺子拌匀(图4),待用。
3、糯米饭冷后,放到一大张保鲜膜上,薄薄摊开成长方形,将芝麻馅均匀放一条(图5)。小心重下到上卷起来(图6),注意保鲜膜包紧。
4、放入冰箱冷藏1小时,轻轻打开保鲜膜,匀匀撒上椰丝(图7),用保鲜膜包紧,让椰丝粘牢。
5、打开保鲜膜,即可切块食用。
