用豆浆机做老北京宫廷【核桃酪】

冬天里早餐来一碗现做的核桃酪不仅味美滋润,长期服用可补肝肾、乌发、抗衰老,具有美容养颜、延年益寿之功效。上次用九阳豆浆机DJ13U-D08SG,做豆浆时发现它的豆渣比较细。就试着用豆浆机做这个核桃酪,简单省事而且口感细腻润滑,值得试试。我做了一锅,毛毛爸一口气都喝完了!

用料:
1:生核桃仁1杯(100克);
2:圆糯米1/2杯(100克);
3:大蜜枣5个 (105克);
4:水3.5杯(840克)。

做法:
1、糯米洗净,用4料里的1杯水泡2小时(图1)。

2、蜜枣我买的是这种(图2),将里面的核去掉(图3)。

3、将泡好的米连水放入豆浆机里,再放入生核桃仁(图4),以及去核蜜枣与4料中剩余的水(2.5 杯) (图5)。

4、加盖按下选择键(Select),选米糊键(Rice paste),启动程序(图6),整个过程大约25分钟。等核桃酪磨好煮好后(听到鸣叫声),拔掉电源,打开盖子(图7)。

5、核桃酪分装到4个小碗里,想吃较甜的可以加1大匙蜂蜜,注意不要烫到。核桃酪细滑柔润非常好吃。

心得分享:
1:我觉得蜜枣已经够甜,如果想吃更甜点可以加些蜂蜜。
2:如果家里没有蜜枣,可以用红枣,但要先洗净,用4料里的1杯水泡几小时,再去掉核。红枣不够甜,核桃酪要加适量的糖或蜂蜜。
