【冻豆腐冬瓜排骨汤】

收到了最新款七功能的快煲电压力锅很开心。锅底造型更流畅美观,且比旧款的锅轻。正好买了大包脊骨用它煮了汤。用了一半的骨头汤做了这个冻豆腐冬瓜排骨汤,很得领导的青睐。
用料:
1:猪脊骨500克,水5杯;
2:豆腐一盒700克;
3:冬瓜740克;
4:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙,姜片2-3片;
5:盐2茶匙,黑胡椒1/4茶匙;
6:香菜2颗,洗净切丁。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、前一天,猪脊骨热水洗净放入电压力锅内胆里(图1),加水5杯,盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档35分钟(图2)。程序完成后冷却10分钟,放气打开盖子。将盛排骨汤的内锅小心拿出冷凉,最好放入冰箱过夜,将上面的油脂捞出丢弃。同时将豆腐放冰冻箱中冻过夜,第二天拿出解冻。
2、冬瓜去皮去瓤切片(图3),解冻的豆腐也切片(图4)。 不粘锅加油1大匙,置炉上开中火,放入4料里的葱花和姜片(图5)炒香,然后放入冬瓜片和豆腐片(图6)。
3、接着放入去油的排骨及汤(图7),大火煮滚后,调中小火,放入5料的调味,煮15分钟至冬瓜软身(图8)。将冻豆腐冬瓜排骨汤分盛到小碗中,撒上些香菜粒就可以了
