【凉拌螺旋藻黑木耳】

从国内淘宝网上买了一包大连产的干螺旋藻,做了这个简单的凉拌菜,节假日荤菜吃多了,来个这个清爽的凉拌菜很有益处。
用料:
1:干螺旋藻10克;
2:黑木耳15克;
3:橄榄油2茶匙;葱花1茶匙,姜丝1茶匙;
4:盐2/3茶匙,葡萄醋(balsamic vinegar )或老陈醋1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、黑木耳提前用冷水泡几小时至软(图1),洗净待用。螺旋藻放入冷水中泡10分钟(图2),然后冷水冲洗沥水待用。 不粘锅加2杯水,置置炉上开大火煮滚。放入黑木耳(图3)烫煮3-5分钟,捞出冲冷水,沥水待用。
2、螺旋藻也放入开水锅中煮1分钟(图4),捞出冲冷水后沥水。将黑木耳和螺旋藻放入一干净碗里。
3、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加2茶匙橄榄油,放入3料里葱花和姜蓉(图5)炒香离火。倒入黑木耳和螺旋藻里。
4、放入所有4料和5料的香油(图6),拌匀,即可食用。
5、夏天可以密封放冰箱里冷藏2-3小时再食用,味道更佳。
