蒜蓉豆豉苦瓜

Farm Boy 的苦瓜新鲜又比华人超市的便宜,买了些。苦瓜这样做,简单又好吃。

 

1143 蒜蓉豆豉苦瓜

用料:

1:苦瓜600g,洗净备用。

2:橄榄油2大匙,蒜蓉1.5大匙,豆豉1.5大匙斩蓉,盐1/2茶匙,糖1/3茶匙,水1.5大匙。

3:红辣椒1/4个25克,洗净切小丁(可以不用),鸡粉1/3茶匙。

做法:
苦瓜外皮可以适当削去(图A),然后一切两半,用小勺刮去籽和内膜(图B)后,切薄片。大锅里放半锅水,置炉上开大火煮滚,放入切片苦瓜,烫20秒(图C)后,倒入漏盆里同时冲冷水沥水备用。

不粘锅
,置炉上开大中火,加橄榄油2大匙,放入蒜蓉和豆豉炒香(图D),放入苦瓜片翻炒几下,接着放入剩余2料,炒至汁干,然后放入辣椒丁和鸡粉兜匀,就可以出锅了。
