xo酱凉拌茄子

1168 xo酱凉拌茄子


用料
:
1细长紫茄子300克,去蒂洗净,拦腰切断。
2:水6杯,1茶匙
3李锦记XO1.5大匙,1/4茶匙,糖1/2匙,镇江香醋1茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙。
4:菜籽油2茶匙,葱花1大匙。

 

做法:
炒锅加2置炉上开大火,煮滚放下茄子煮5分钟至软熟。捞起上盘用筷子把茄子拨开。不沾小煎锅置炉上开中火,放菜籽油2茶匙,炒香葱华后离火,倒入3料拌匀成汁浇到煮好的茄子上即可。
