【蒜泥拌茄条】

拌茄条是夏天吃来清爽而不油腻的菜,带去爬梯也很好。
用料:
1:茄子3个500克;
2:白芝麻1大匙;
3:盐1/2茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙,香油2茶匙;
4:橄榄油1大匙,辣椒半个(20克)切丁,蒜5瓣去皮斩蓉,葱花1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、茄子去蒂洗净对半切开(图1)。烧开半锅水,放入茄子用一盘子压住(图2),调中小火煮6分钟,冲冷水(图3),捞出茄子切2厘米条待用。
2、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放入芝麻(图4)炒至微黄,倒在茄条上,再拌入3料的盐、鸡粉和香油。
3、不粘锅置炉上开中火,加4料里的油1大匙,炒香剩余辣椒丁,蒜蓉和葱花(图5),倒在茄条上轻轻拌匀即可(图6)。夏天放冰箱里冷藏2小时再食用。
