请问这个锅也可以煮米饭吗？成品如何？我以前一直用panasonic fuzzy logic电饭锅，它的锅盖有一部分金属壳和橡胶垫圈是拿不下来的，可是煮粥的时候还是会有粥/汽漫进去，于是洗不干净，仔细闻有馊饭的味道。最近想买这个压力锅，可是发现它放在台面上可挺大个的，如果能即当压力锅又当电饭锅就好了。这个压力锅的锅盖是到处都可以洗得到的吗？

我想问一下，如果我煮豆子杂粮粥是用congee档比较好还是用手动挡比较好？我看您煮紫薯粥就用的是congee档，煮杂粮粥就是手动挡。。但是我们家把他们都叫做杂粮粥。。谢谢啦
