Hi， you can use manual and set for 30 minutes.
I do broth in my instant pot for 2.5 hours to get all the calcium etc from the bones.

hello, i just got an Instant Pot, and the recipe book included with it has an English side and a Chinese side, pretty sure all the recipes on the Chinese side are yours(?), and they look delicious, but I can’t read them, and only 4 of them seem to be translated to English. could you point me to the rest of them in English?
I tried looking at the Chinese instant pot recipe book, and it’s identical to the one i have. (found here: http://instantpot.com/free-electric-pressure-cooker-recipe-booklet/)
None of the pictures here on your site seem to match the ones in the book i am looking for 🙂
