【白切鸡】

我们这小村,不容易买到走地鸡。这边西人店可以买到小母鸡,味道也很鲜美。
用料:
1:小母鸡一只750克(Cornish hen),葱一条切段,姜2-3片;
2:葱2条,姜小块10茶匙,冷开水1大匙,盐3/4茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙;
3:橄榄油2-3大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、小母鸡去掉多余油和1料里的葱姜,放入 快煲电压力锅内锅里,加水到7杯线,加盖选手动档(Manual),3分钟,启动升序。
2、将所有2料放入粉碎机打成蓉。转入小碗里。
3、小号不粘锅置炉上开大火,加油2-3大匙,烧热浇到葱姜蓉上拌匀成汁待用(图5)。
4、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等15分钟,放气减压打开盖,滗去水,将鸡放入冰水中,冰箱冰1小时,斩块浇上葱姜汁即可上桌了。
