简单超好吃的【煎烧土豆】

周五下班刚进家门,毛毛外公说冰箱里只剩一把芥菜,你看还做什么菜。我说拿几个土豆上来,做了这款煎烧土豆,非常好吃,空盘了。做这个菜一定要有个不粘锅先将土豆用少量油,煎金黄再加调料,无比美味啊。
用料:
1:中号土豆4个(640克);
2:橄榄油2大匙;
3:葱花2大匙,姜片2-3片,丁香2粒,八角1粒;
4:头抽酱油 1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,糖1/2茶匙;
5:香油1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、土豆削掉皮洗净沥水,沿长轴切3等份(图1),每片切3等份,然后再切1厘米大小的粒(图2)
2、 不粘锅,加橄榄油2大匙,置炉上开中火,放入土豆粒(图3)煎4-5分钟至底部黄,翻转身(图4)继续四面煎黄。
3、接着放入3料的葱花,姜片,丁香,八角(图5),轻轻翻炒均匀炒出香味。
4、接着放头抽酱油,生抽酱油,老抽酱油及鸡粉,糖1/2茶匙。
5、最后淋下香油1/2茶匙,兜匀盛出即可上桌了。
