用料:
1: 红葱头2个(80克), 牛油果油1茶匙;
2: 1个芋头160克,1大匙水;
3:大号带壳冰冻虾5个(重125克);
4:葱花2大匙,盐1/3茶匙, a>1/4茶匙,花椒粉1/4茶匙, 头抽酱油2茶匙, 香油 1茶匙;
5: 糯米粉3/4杯(100克)
6: 水1/2杯(120克);
其他;
7:牛油果油 或其他素油3大匙, 用来煎饼.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1. 红葱头剥去皮洗净, 切丁(图1). 用1茶匙油中火将红葱头丁炒熟到微黄(图2).
2、芋头去皮切小粒(图3),放入一碗中,加1大匙水,微波炉加热2分钟,搅拌下再微波加热2分钟至熟(图4)。

3、冰冻虾放入半池冷水中解冻,去壳去肠泥洗净。沥水后切小丁待用(图5). 将虾仁丁,芋头丁,炒熟的红葱头丁, 连同所有4-6料放入一盆里用筷子搅拌匀匀待用。
4、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放1.5大匙油,油热后,用勺子舀大约2大匙的面糊,分别放入锅里(图6)。用中火煎3-4分钟左右,翻转一面再煎黄。
5、重复步骤4做好剩余一半的芋头虾仁糯米饼。趁热食用,唇齿留香。
