简单美味【葱香烤三文鱼】

这个烤三文鱼我每个礼拜都会做,下班回家很快就能准备好进烤箱,味道也好。关键是第一、买三文鱼要新鲜质量好,鱼肉中白色的脂肪条纹越宽越佳;第二、千万不要烤过了头,不然的话鱼肉变柴就不好吃了。
用料:
1:去皮的三文鱼中段600克;
2:盐1/2茶匙;
3:黑胡椒1/4茶匙;
4:红糖1大匙:
5: 生抽酱油 1大匙;
6:葱花1大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将三文鱼片冷水冲洗后,用纸巾擦干,放入一大号 玻璃烤盘里(图1),均匀撒上2料的盐,3料的黑胡椒(图2)。
2、均匀撒上1大匙红糖(图3),淋上1大匙酱油(图4),撒上葱花(图5)静置10分钟。
3、烤箱预热至425F/220C。将三文鱼放入烤箱里烤12-13分钟左右,至鱼肉刚刚熟,即可上桌食用。
