【鸡蛋炒鸡胸肉】

很快速健康的一个菜,上班主妇的心头好哈。

 鸡蛋炒鸡胸肉Chicken Breast and Egg Stir Fry

用料:
1:鸡胸一副460克,盐1/2茶匙,生粉2茶匙,水2大匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙;
2:大鸡蛋2个,盐1/3茶匙,水2茶匙, 鸡粉, 1/6茶匙;
3:橄榄油2大匙;葱花2大匙;
4:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切片(图1),加上剩余1料(图2),拌匀用手抓捏1-2分钟(图3),静置15分钟。
2、鸡蛋和所有2料放入一个碗里(图4),用一个叉子打散待用。
3、不粘锅,置炉上开大火,加橄榄油2大匙,然后放入鸡片(图5)翻炒至鸡肉片外面刚变白,然后放入葱花(图6)翻炒几下。

4、倒入打匀的鸡蛋液(图7),待下面鸡蛋凝固,轻轻翻转(图8)炒几下。
5、最后淋下1茶匙香油,炒至蛋刚熟出锅。
