用料:
1:有机鸡胸肉575克
2:花椒粉1/3茶匙, 辣椒碎片1茶匙, 盐1/2 茶匙, 鸡粉 ¼ 茶匙;
3:头抽酱油1大匙, 香油1茶匙;
4: 面粉3/4 杯;
5: Pam 不粘喷油, 牛油果油 1.5大匙;
6:葱花1大匙, 炒熟的白芝麻1.5大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水擦干, 撕去白膜, 切1.5厘米的块(图1), 加所有2料(图2), 拌匀腌10分钟(图3). 倒入3/4杯面粉(图4), 拌匀(图5). 取一大块烤盘纸, 将鸡块抖掉多余面粉放上面(图6), 喷上Pam 不粘喷油.
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及16分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后将烤盘纸连鸡块放入, 再浇上1.5大匙油 (图7), 盖上盖让程序继续。
4、等程序完成,打开盖子, 放葱花, 撒上芝麻(图8), 搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌。趁热鸡肉鲜美外皮小酥,太好吃了.
