用料:
1: 有机鸡胸肉2块525克;
2: 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记蚝油1.5大匙, 辣豆瓣酱1大匙, 甜面酱1大匙;
3: 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
4: 香油 1茶匙;
5: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1大匙;
6: 炒熟的白芝麻1大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切3毫米厚片 (图1). 用手抓捏1分钟, 放入一盆里, 加2料(图2)拌匀. 再加3-4料拌匀(图3), 腌20分钟.
2、牙签将肉片穿好, 放一烤盘纸上待用(图4).

3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及6分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后连烤盘纸将鸡肉串放入锅里(图5), 均匀撒上1大匙油, 盖上锅盖让程序进行.
4、等程序完成,打开盖子, 撒上熟芝麻(图6), 即可盛出上桌了。

The next time I learn a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my option to learn, but I really thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about one thing that you possibly can repair if you werent too busy on the lookout for attention.
