【AirGo-腐乳鸡块】

很喜欢CostCo的有机鸡胸肉, 用爱锅AirGo做了腐乳鸡块, 趁热外焦香里嫩, 好滋味, 且轻松便捷无油烟。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1: 有机鸡胸肉2块525克;
2: 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙, 罗汉果糖 2茶匙, 十三香粉1/4茶匙;
3: 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 红腐乳1小块;
4: 香油 1茶匙;
5: 面粉2/3杯;
6: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1.5大匙:
其他: 烤盘纸一大张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切2厘米条. 用手抓捏1分钟, 放入一盆里, 加2-4料(图1), 拌匀(图2), 腌20分钟.
2、倒入面粉(图3), 拌匀让鸡块均匀沾上面粉. 将鸡块抖掉多余的面粉,放到烤盘纸上(图4).
3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及18分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后连烤盘纸将鸡肉放入锅里, 均匀撒上1.5大匙油, 盖上锅盖让程序进行(图5).
4、烤到12分钟左右(或听到翻转提示), 打开盖子,将鸡块翻转一面(图6), 盖上锅盖, 让程序继续.
5、程序完成后, 即可盛出上桌趁热食, 好滋味。
I’m not sure why but this weblog is loading very slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a problem on my end? I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
