1: 有机鸡胸肉2块525克;
2: 甜面酱1大匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙, 李锦记蚝油1大匙;
3: 香油 1/2茶匙;
4: 橄榄油2茶匙, 葱花1大匙.
其他: 烤盘纸一大张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切1厘米厚片. 用手抓捏1分钟, 放入一盆里, 加2料, 拌匀(图1), 腌20分钟.
2、将腌好的鸡片放到烤盘纸上(图2).
3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及7分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后连烤盘纸将鸡肉放入锅里, 均匀撒上2茶匙油及葱花(图3), 盖上锅盖让程序进行.
4、程序完成后, 即可盛出上桌趁热食, 好滋味。
