用料:
面团:
1:糯米粉1.5杯(210克);
2:开水2大匙(30克),水1/2杯加1大匙(135克)。
馅:
3:熟芝麻1/4杯(27克), 罗汉果糖3大匙 (39克), 玉米油1大匙;
其他:
4:日式面包糠1/2杯;
5:烤盘纸,Pam(不粘油)。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、把2料里的开水倒入糯米粉里筷子搅拌均匀(图1), 然后倒入温水揉成面团(图2)。将买来的熟芝麻放一塑料袋里,封口后用擀面杖将芝麻碾碎。碾碎的芝麻连同3料里的糖和油放入一碗中拌匀 (图3)。

2、将面包糠(图4)倒入一个碗里待用,面团很分成12等份,每份在案板上压扁后,用手指捏出凹槽。放入1.5茶匙芝麻馅(图5),封口包紧成球状,压成圆饼(图6)。
3、把糯米饼放入面包糠里均匀沾上一层面包糠(图7),烤盘纸喷上Pam(图8),放入【AirGo】的内锅里, 然后做好的糯米饼均匀放烤盘纸上(图9),再喷上Pam, 盖上锅盖。

4、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择400F及12分钟,点“Start”. 程序进行到还有5分钟后,打开盖子,将糯米饼翻转一面(图10),盖上锅盖让程序继续进行。
5、程序结束打开盖, 盛出烤好的糯米饼,趁热吃,好吃。
