【冰酒鸡翅】

去年秋天和朋友合买的冰酒还剩好几瓶，这个冰酒的味道也很好，做这个鸡翅时，到下去1/3瓶红烧。领导们都很喜欢，毛毛非常喜欢，吃了好多个。这个菜第二天带午餐，也很不错噢。
用料:
1：鸡翼中段或上段1000克；
2：橄榄油1大匙，葱1根洗净切段，姜1小块10克切片；
3：冰酒1/2杯，糖1茶匙，老头抽酱油 1大匙，生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，盐1/4茶匙；
4：香油1茶匙（可以不放）。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸡翼冲洗干净沥水待用。不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，放入葱段，姜片（图1）炒约1分钟，然后放入鸡翼（图2）炒至外皮有些微黄，有香味溢出。
2、然后放入冰酒，及所有3料（图3）煮滚，然后盖上盖子，调中小火煮15-18分钟，间中翻一翻（图4）。
3、然后调大中火，打开盖子，煮至汁浓稠（图5），下1茶匙香油拌匀离火出锅即可。真的好好吃。
