【Braised Pork Pancake】
Delicious pancake with braised pork filling. Very easy to use AirGo’s“Crepe/Nann” function to “pan fry” these delicious pancakes. To purchase, go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 8 servings
1) 1.25 cup unsifted all purpose flour (200g);
2) 1/2 cup+1.5 tbsp warm water (140g), 1 tbsp corn oil or avocado oil;
3) 4 tbsp unsifted cake & pastry flour (40g), 3 tbsp corn oil or avocado oil (38g)， 1 tsp salt, mix well;
4) 200g braised pork shank, see Braised Pork with Dried Bamboo Shoots for cooking instruction, 1 tsp sesame oil;
5) 3 green onion;
6) 2 tbsp corn oil or avocado oil.
1: Place 1.25 cup flour in a medium size bowl (Picture 1), slowly stir in water until it mixes well with flour. Add 1 tbsp corn oil (Picture 2) and knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes until a smooth ball is formed. Spread about 1 tsp oil on the dough and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap (Picture 3) and let it stand for 20 minutes.
2: Filling: Chop braised pork meat (Picture 4) and add 1 tsp sesame oil, mix well. Remove roots of the green onion, rinse and finely chop them (Picture 5), set aside.
3: Rub some corn oil on both hands and on a clean work surface. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll into a log. Press down each portion and press into a 20 cm long regular shape (Picture 6). Smooth oil paste (Picture 7) evenly on the dough. Place 2 tbsp meat and 2 tsp chopped green onion on one end (Picture 8). Tack in to cover the filling and then roll into a disc (Picture 9).
4: Plugin the 【AirGo】 cooker and turn on the power. Use “Function” to select the “Crepe/Nann” program, and then press start. Meanwhile, add 2 tbsp oil to the pan, then press down each disc into 7-8 cm circle and place in the pan (Picture 10), close the lid.
5: After cooking for 8-9 minutes or until hear flip beeping reminder sound, open the lid, turn over the pancakes (Picture 11), close the lid and let the program continue.
6: When it is done, take out pancakes and serve warm.
