【Salmon belt pepper stir fry】

Serves: 4 servings
1) 350g skinless salmon fillet center cut, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp corn starch;
2) Half of each yellow, orange and red belt pepper (400g in total);
3) 1.5 tbspavocado oil or olive oil, 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion, 2 tsp minced garlic;
4) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce , 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
1: Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towel, dice into 1 cm cubes (Picture 1). Add all the rest ingredients of Ingredient 1) and mix well (Picture 2), set aside. Remove seeds of belt pepper (Picture 3), rinse with water and then cut into 0.5 cm pieces (Picture 4), set aside.
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 1.5 tbsp oil to the inner pot and chopped green onion, minced garlic and belt pepper (Picture 5) close the lid. Press Function to select Sauté, program starts automatically. During the cooking, open the lid from side, add 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce and ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, and then close lid and let the program continue.
3: When the program ends, open the lid, add salmon cubes (Picture 6), close the lid. Press Function to select Sauté again, when 3 seconds counting is over, press “-“key to decrease time to 2 min. program starts automatically. When only 30 seconds left, open the lid from the side and add ½ tsp sesame oil, then close lid and let the program continue.
4: When it is done, transfer cooked salmon to a serving plate and serve immediately with some steamed rice.
