【Sticky chicken wings】

Serves: 5 servings
1) 20 chicken drumettes;
2) ¼ cup ketchup, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp sesame oil;
3) 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp paprika (McCormick), 1.5 tbsp brown sugar;
4) 2 tbsp honey.
1: Wash and pat dry chicken drumettes (Picture 1).
2: Combine all ingredients of Ingredient 2)-4) in a plastic bag, add chicken drumettes, seal the bag and shake to mix (Picture 2). Refrigerate for 24 hours, turn over the bag once.
3: Preheat the oven to 400F/205C. Place marinated chicken drumettes on a baking pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil (Picture 3).
4: Roast chicken drumettes for 18 minutes. Then use tongs to turn the wings over, roast another 17 minutes.
5: Remove from the oven and serve warm.
