酱爆三丁

用料:

1茭白250克,洗净滚刀切小块备用
2五香豆干125,洗净切丁备用。
3猪大排肉100切丁,加万字牌生抽酱油1大匙1茶匙生粉,2茶匙水拌匀静置半小时
4甜面酱1.5大匙,辣豆瓣酱1大匙,绍酒1大匙,水1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙。
5橄榄油2大匙,蒜蓉1茶匙,葱花1茶匙,姜末1茶匙

 

做法:

炒锅置炉上开大中火,内放1大匙橄榄油,倒入3翻炒至肉丁八成熟盛出。原锅加橄榄油1大匙开大中火炒香蒜蓉葱花姜末后加甜面酱和辣豆瓣酱炒香。再倒入茭白豆干丁翻炒半分钟,接着倒入剩余的4翻炒2分钟,放入炒好的肉丁兜匀即可。

    茭白是买冷冻的吗?好像没有新鲜的卖,冷冻的茭白做出来味道好吗?谢谢!
