I always have a box of dates handy at home. My family loves dates. I always put in a few of them in the multi-grain congee that I make every day. Dates are high in fiber, low in fat, high in simple carbohydrates, and they don’t contain cholesterol. This Saturaday moring I made this Taro puree with DJ13U-D08SG Soy Machine for breakfast, of course with a few dates in. You got to try this puree recipe, not only for its yummy taste but all health benefits.

Is there another cooking method if I don’t have the soy machine? A blender followed by cooking? And what is sweet rice?
