用料:
1:Costco的山核桃仁(pecan)1/3包,300克;
2:盐1/2茶匙,五香粉1/2茶匙;
3:水1.5大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:

1、山核桃仁是这个(图1),将盐和五香粉放一小碗里(图2),加1.5大匙水拌匀(图3)。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热后。倒入山核桃仁,均匀撒上五香粉及盐的水(图4)。

3、盖上锅盖,用Function键选 Manual键,3秒倒计时结束,再按+将时间增加到10分钟,程序开始了,再按Stir键,让它不停搅拌。
4、程序完成后,打开盖子(图5),将炒好的山核桃仁倒入一盘子里冷凉,就可以吃了。
