用料:
1:细长条茄子5根530克;
2:橄榄油 1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,豆豉2茶匙斩蓉,葱花2茶匙;
3:盐1/3 茶匙;
4:生抽酱油2茶匙,头抽酱油2茶匙,糖1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5: 香油 1/2茶匙;

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、豆豉2茶匙斩蓉,葱花,蒜蓉准备好待用(图1),茄子去蒂洗净,横切2厘米长的段(图2)。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,加1大匙橄榄油到炒锅里,放入葱花、蒜蓉、斩蓉的豆豉(图3)。再放入茄子及3料里的盐(图4),盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按+键增加2分钟的时间,程序自动进行。

3、等第一次程序结束后,打开盖子(图5),放入所有调味料4料,盖上锅盖,再用Function键选Saute键。
4、3分钟后程序完成,打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油(图6),按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成,将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
