用料:
1:米1.5杯,水1.5杯(这次用的是圆米,水少点);
2:鸡蛋2只,盐1/4茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,头抽酱油2茶匙;
3:橄榄油2大匙
4:葱花2大匙;
5:盐3/4茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙, 1/6 茶匙白胡椒粉;
6:头抽酱油1大匙;
7:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、米用水淘洗(图1)沥水后放入,电压力锅内胆里,然后放入1.5杯水里(图2),按【米饭Rice】键,程序开始(图3).
2、【煮饭】程序完成,等5分钟,放气打开盖子(图4),用铲子将饭翻松待用。
3、鸡蛋连同剩余2料打散,【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,加1大匙油到炒锅里,倒入蛋汁(图5),用Function键选Saute,3秒后程序自动进行,再按-键好减少1.5分钟的时间。程序完成后,打开盖子(图6),倒出炒好的鸡蛋。
4、再倒1大匙油,放入葱花(图7),用Function键选Saute,3秒后程序自动进行,再按-键好减少1.5分钟的时间。程序完成后,打开盖子(图8),倒入米饭(图9),放入5-6料。用Function键选Manual,盖上锅盖(图10),3秒后程序自动进行,再按stir键。等还剩1分钟时,按stir键停止,打开盖子迅速放入炒好的鸡蛋(图11)。
5、盖上锅盖,按stir键继续。等程序完成,打开锅盖(图12),放1茶匙香油,按Toss键拌匀即可。
