上班的主妇们可以试试这个菜,快速,简单易做,健康又非常好吃。

 松茸炒三文鱼Matsutake mushroom and salmon fish stir fry

用料:
1:三文鱼片550(Filet),盐3/4茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,生粉2茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;
2:干松茸片20克;
3:牛油果油 或其它炒菜油2大匙,姜2片,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,干辣椒4个;
4:头抽酱油1大匙,糖1/2茶匙;
5:香油1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、提前将干松茸片泡软,洗净沥水待用。三文鱼片切4毫米厚片(图1),放一碗中,加所有剩余1料,拌匀静置10分钟(图2)。
2、不粘锅,加2大匙牛油果油 或其它炒菜油,置炉上开大中火,炒香3料里的姜片,葱花,蒜蓉和干辣椒(图3),松茸片翻炒2分钟(图4)。

3、下鱼片轻轻翻炒几下(图5),炒至鱼肉8成熟,放入头抽1大匙和糖1/2茶匙(图6)炒匀。
4、最后淋下香油,兜匀出锅。
