我最近才刚刚收到这个巨大的电压力锅~试着煮了一次黑米粥,但是不知道算不算煮熟,有的黑米还是带着壳,嚼着口感略有些硬。。。我把黑米和大米按照1:1的比例一起煮,用的是porridge那个菜单,high pressure 30 minutes.
想问一下有没有什么好方法能保证黑米可以煮熟?煮之前我大概泡了3个小时。

估计黑米比较难煮,拿试试手动档高压45分钟

我想请问下 就是高压锅煮出来的粥实在不好吃 米都烂了可是米水分离的 有没有什么办法能好吃点吗
我一般都是杂粮粥,只要不是太稀,不会有这种情况。
我通常將煮好的粥, 打開蓋再按Saute, 燒開後約三至五分鐘關火, 就不會米水分离, 中間要攪幾下啊!
