我按照步骤做了虾肉珍珠丸但没有成功，蒸好后全都瘫下来了，不知是何原因，是生粉放少了还是搅拌得不够上劲，总觉得看起来没有你图片里的搅的很光滑很绵的那种感觉。另外在做成球状时，馅儿好像总会粘在手上，请指教！
