我昨天试了毛毛妈的五香带鱼,豉椒炒青口,剁椒松花蛋拌豆腐,拌茼蒿和蒜蓉面包,每样都很棒,色香俱全,老公评论说提前进入共产主义了,封我为超强山寨版毛毛妈,呵呵,万分感谢!
我另有几个问题请赐教。1. 如何在那些暂时无人评论的菜谱下发表第一个评论? 我似乎只能点击毛毛妈的回复来发表评论。2. 红糟和红曲酒酿是一回事吗?我找遍全城也找不到红糟,但是有红曲酒酿卖,长相类似。3. 我的蒜蓉面包四面的表皮没有毛毛妈照片里那么红,还是面包本色,是否除上面以外,面包四周也要涂油?4. 您视频里搅拌戚风蛋糕的橡皮铲有购买链接吗?我找到的 Silicone Spatula 都很小,是用来刮干净容器的。

对表面都涂均匀就好。

我按照步骤做了虾肉珍珠丸但没有成功,蒸好后全都瘫下来了,不知是何原因,是生粉放少了还是搅拌得不够上劲,总觉得看起来没有你图片里的搅的很光滑很绵的那种感觉。另外在做成球状时,馅儿好像总会粘在手上,请指教!
