    2. 开盖炒能否完全代替传统炒锅 at a daily base?

      我一般用来炒葱姜,然后放入沸水的肉,做红烧之类的。毕竟不是不粘锅,水干后会有些粘。最后肉煮好了,收汁用。

      这个不建议代替一般的炒锅。

    I need some help on cooking calrose or sushi rice. Do you have good suggestions on how to cook it right in the InstantPot? I have good results cooking jasmine rice but my sushi rice came out poorly. What is the correct proportion of rice to water for sushi rice? I used rice setting for 10min and proportion of 1:1 for calrose rice. It came out very hard and dry. Any suggestion will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
