   我厨房里没有抽油烟机，原来那个是内循环的，太油，被我扔了。所以我很期待instant pot 的开盖炒功能，但说明书说，不能盖盖，那不和普通炒锅一样了吗？您是否也是因此，才贴了很多蒸蔬菜的菜谱？

     它只是有这个功能用来前炒及收汁，是要开盖的。
