入口即溶的【酥饼】

这个酥饼真是入口即溶,大家一定要试试。带去爬梯一定受欢迎。
1:中筋面粉(All-purpose flour)1/2杯(80克),玉米淀粉(corn starch)1/2杯(70克),盐1/6茶匙;
2:牛油1/2杯(120克)室温软化,糖粉3大匙(24克);
3:香草香精1/2茶匙;
4:糖粉1/4杯(32克)。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
以上的材料可以做20个酥饼。
做法:
1、将1料里的面粉、玉米淀粉和盐放入盆里拌匀待用(图1)。
2、将室温软化的牛油和3大匙糖粉放入另一干净盆里(图2),用电动搅拌器高速打几分钟(图3)到蓬松。加入香草香精(图4),再高速打30秒至均匀。然后放入混合好的面粉(图5),低速打至肉馅样(图6)。
4、预热烤箱至350F/175摄氏度。案板上撒些面粉,将面团稍揉几下,然后揉成1.5厘米直径的长条,用刀每隔1.4厘米切段(图9)。将饼坯放到铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上(图10)。
