玉米枣糕

上次看到孑孓^0^的那款玉米糕，非常健康又好味的。今天俺也交上作业，加了枣子很香甜。
用料:
1：牛奶3杯。
2：粗玉米面粉（Corn Meal）1 1/3杯，白糖1/2杯。
3：去核干红枣1/3杯，水1/2杯。
4：蛋黄2只，玉米油3大匙。
做法：
小号锅放入洗净的红枣和水1/2杯（图A），置炉上开大火煮滚，然后开小火焖煮20分钟捞出（图B），切成小块备用。
将2料（图C）拌匀备用。中号锅放入牛奶（图D），置炉上开大火煮滚，离火后边加入拌匀的2料边用搅拌器中速打匀（图E）。冷至室温后，加入鸡蛋和玉米油（图F），搅拌器高速打8分钟，然后将煮好的枣子放入（图G）拌匀，放入涂了油的22×22厘米的玻璃烤盘里（图H），将烤盘放入预热至350F/170摄氏的烤箱内，烤60分钟，上色即成（图I）。稍冷后切块热食。
