虾仁玉子豆腐

1119 虾仁玉子豆腐


用料
:
1冰冻带壳虾180克,去肠去壳洗净沥水,1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉2匙,水1匙拌匀腌20分钟
2玉子豆腐两包500克,切片
3:罐头草菇1/2杯,水冲洗后一切两半
4万字牌生抽酱油1大匙李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1.5大匙,1/2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,1/2
5:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油1大匙。
6:菜2大匙,葱花1匙,蒜蓉2茶匙。
7:小红辣椒3个,洗净。

 

做法:

 

不粘炒锅置炉上开大中火,内放菜2大匙,将好的虾仁放入划散炒至八成熟捞出。原锅留油置炉上开大中火炒香葱花和蒜蓉,加入3料拌炒半分钟后,放入所有的4料煮滚,接着放入7料兜匀后,接着放下红辣椒,玉子豆腐片和炒好的虾仁,轻轻翻炒兜匀即可起锅装盘。

    特地买了玉子豆腐和草菇罐头,特别好吃!有两个问题:1)180克虾感觉有点少;2)用料5(生粉和香油)什么时候放?我猜是在4料煮滚之后,和放辣椒之前,不知道对不对?非常感谢!
