1) 500g skinless salmon fillet center cut, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp corn starch;
2) 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbspchili oil;
3) 1.5 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp miced garlic, 1 tbsp freshly minced ginger, 1 tbsp Sichuan pickled chili chopped;
4) Sauce: 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp premium soy sauce, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix , 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn starch, 1.5 tbsp water.
1: Prepare all green onion, ginger and garlic first (Picture 1). Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towel, dice into 1 cm cubes.
