【Cucumber and shrimp stir fry】

Serves: 5 servings
1) 25 medium size frozen deveined white shrimps, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp corn starch, 1/2 tsp sesame oil;
2) 4 baby cucumbers 260g, 2 baby carrots 70g;
3) 1 tbsp Avocado oil or olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2-3 slices of ginger;
4) 1/2 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tbsp premium oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce paste.
1: Place shrimps in cold water to thaw (Picture 1), remove shells, rinse and drain well. Combine shrimps with the rest of ingredients in Ingredient 1) in a bowl (Picture 2), mix well, set aside for 10 minutes (Picture 3). Peel off skin of cucumbers and carrots, rinse and then dice (Picture 4).
2: Power up the Ropot cooker, press Power button to let it preheat. Add 1 tbsp Avocado oil, chopped green onion, sliced ginger, diced cucumbers and carrots, and ingredients of Ingredient 4) to the pot (Picture 5). Close the lid, press Function to select Saute function, after 3 seconds the program starts, then press – sign to decrease time by 1 minute.
3: When the program ends, open the lid and add the shrimps and ingredients of Ingredient 5) (Picture 6), close the lid (Picture 7). Press Function to select Saute function again, after 3 seconds, the program starts, then press – sign to decrease time by 30 seconds.
4: After 2.5 minutes when the program ends, open the lid (Picture 8), remove the pot and transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
