【Grilled chicken wings】

Serves: 6 servings
1) 20 chicken wing mid-sections;
2) 1.5 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1 small piece fermented chili bean curd with 1 tsp sauce;
3) 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, ½ tsp ground thirteen spice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil .
1: Rinse chicken wings under water and pat dry. Place chicken wings and all ingredients of Ingredient 2) and 3) in a Ziploc bag (Picture 1). Seal the bag and turn the bag over a couple of times until the wings are well coated with sauce (Picture 2). Marinate for 24 hours in the fridge. Turn the bag over a couple of times during this period.
2: Pat dry the chicken wings and place on the grill (Picture 3), turn on the high heat, grill for 7 min. until golden brown.
3: Turn over (Picture 4), grill for another 4 min. until golden brown. Serve warm, very delicious.
