【Five spice beancurd and green pepper stir fry】

1) 1 package bean curd 350g;
2) 1 long green pepper (55g);
3) 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp miced garlic;
4) 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/4 tbsp brown sugar;
5：1 tsp sesame oil.
1: Remove seeds of long green pepper, rinse and slice. Rinse bean curd under cold water and pat dry. Cut into thin slices, set aside (Picture 1).
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp oil, chopped green onion and minced garlic to the pot. Add sliced green pepper and bean curd (Picture 2). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time by 1 minute, program starts.
4: When the program ends, open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 4)(Picture 3), close the lid. Press Function to select StirFry again, program starts.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add 1 tsp sesame oil, press Toss key to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
