【Stir Fried Green Pepper, Mushroom with Bacon】

Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves: 3-4 servings
1) 3 pieces reduced salt bacon, 75g;
2) 1 big green pepper 290g, a package of small brown mushroom 150g;
3) 1 tbsp olive oil , 2 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp black pepper powder.
1: Bacon cut into small pieces, mushroom cut off root tips and rinse. Remove seeds of green pepper, rinse and slice.
2: Non-stick frying pan on high heat, add in 1 tbsp olive oil and bacon pieces (Picture 1), sauté until light brown.
3: Add in freshly minced garlic sauté for 30 seconds (Picture 2), then add in green pepper and mushroom, stir fry for 30 seconds. Add in salt and black pepper powder, sauté for another minute or two until the green pepper just cooked. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
