新款的 InstantPot比如7-1,9-1, 10-1 都有酸奶(Yogurt)的功能,用Yogurt+Less (Low)档做酒酿,省事省力,亲们试试。

用料:
1:糯米2杯,水2杯;
2:上海甜酒药1/2个或安琪甜酒药1/2包,冷开水1.25杯,糖1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、最好将用到容器、杯子、勺子等用洗洁精洗干净及开水烫一下。
2、糯米(图1)洗净沥水倒入InstantPot的内锅里,加2杯冷水(图2),盖上锅盖,阀放关闭。选【煮饭】档启,程序自动进行(图3)。
3、程序结束后,等4分钟,放气打开盖子(图4),拿出内锅,米饭搅拌开,放入盛小半池冷水的水池里(图5),冷大约10分钟至米饭微温。

4、将半包酒药(图6)撒到米饭上(图7),倒入1.25杯冷开水及糖1大匙,拌匀。中间用干净勺子,挖一小孔(图8)。盖上锅盖,阀放关闭。选【酸奶】调到低温档自动显示24小时,可以延长时间到30小时,发的更好,启动程序。
5、程序完成后,将发好的酒酿放冰箱里1-2天再吃,非常甜。吃不完的酒酿密封,放冰箱里保存。

    毛毛妈请问您,我照着您的方子做,还将时间调到了30个小时,但是失败了,米饭好像有点发乌霉菌,也不甜不知会是什么原因呢?唯一不同的是我没买到您发出来的牌子的酒酿药,只用了半粒药,但也不是您的那个牌子,我买的上面沒牌子,比較小粒,会不会是用的不够多?謝謝
