Roasted Baby Ribs

烤排骨21 【Roasted Baby Ribs】

This is a delicious dish and is well loved by my family and friends.

Prepare Time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 90 minutes

Level: Easy

Serves: 6 servings

Ingredients

1. Baby rib 1 big piece 900g, cut into two pieces and rinse well;

2. Marinate ingredient: 3.5T brown sugar, 1T Paprika (McCormick) and 1/2T salt, mix well;

3. Liquid sauce: 1T Chinese cooking wine, 2 T honey, 3 tablespoon Kikkoman light soy sauce, 2t Chinese vinegar, 1.5T fresh minced garlic and 3/4C water;

Cooking directions

1: One or two days ahead: Put two pieces cleaned baby ribs in a 8″x12″ glass baking dish, coat both sides evenly with marinate ingredients listed in ingredient 2, cover the baking dish with food wrap and store in a fridge for 24-48 hours.

2. Preheated oven to 375F. Remove food wrap and add in all liquid ingredients and cover the dish with aluminium foil firmly.

3: In a preheated oven bake at 375F for 1hour and 30 minutes.

4: Remove foil and cut between bones into individual pieces before serving.

Maomaomom’s Note: 1C=240ml, 1t=5ml and 1T=15 ml.

    昨天照着菜谱烤了排骨,非常非常好吃,肉质鲜嫩,味道层次丰富,谢谢毛毛妈,简单方便又好吃的菜谱,真是很好!另外因为家里材料不全,我改了下菜谱,用猪小排烤的,没有毛毛妈推荐的辣椒粉,我用家里的red peeper辣椒片烤的,不是粉状,是小碎片的红辣椒,吃点时候有一点辣味,提味很好,这样做起来也非常好吃,前几天还照毛毛妈菜谱做了蜜汁排骨,也很成功,特来感谢毛毛妈~

    参考翠华姐的做法,锡纸密封有些麻烦,汤汁很容易流出,烤盘不好清洗!毛毛妈选用玻璃烤盘有道理!我也去买玻璃烤盘!
