已经收到了新的锅子,试过了用酸奶档发酵面粉团,可以工作不够快,三个半小时还是有点紧,适合晚上揉了面团发酵,早上估计应该很蓬松了。第一次做酒酿还算成功。用保温档开了20分钟,总计一个小时20分钟,面团已经发的非常蓬松了。具体方法是在锅子里放俩个盘子,一个倒扣一个朝上,避免锅子底下太热直接把面团烤熟了。这个方法可能电饭锅都可以用的。
